Questions buyers ask first
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the series and the finish. To be confirmed for a first order: see the product page of each system or ask us directly and we will confirm in writing.
Do your windows meet European standards?
Our window systems are designed for the EN 14351-1 harmonised standard (EN 14351-2 for internal doorsets). Certificates and test reports are issued by a notified body once the specific system is tested; ask us for the current status of the series you need.
Can you supply for Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan?
Yes. Products for the EAEU and Uzbekistan are prepared for EAC conformity assessment and, where the technical regulation does not cover a product, GOST-K. Document routes are agreed per shipment with your importer.
What are your payment and delivery terms?
We quote FOB, CIF or EXW according to your preference. Payment and lead time: To be confirmed. A quotation lists the exact terms for your order.
Can we visit the factory?
Yes. We arrange factory visits and third-party inspections in Foshan. Write to us with your dates and we will send the visit plan and production-line schedule.
How do I import aluminium windows from China?
Three decisions shape the shipment: the conformity route for your market (CE, EAC or national), the Incoterm (FOB, CIF or EXW) and the packing plan. We quote the goods, confirm the document set, book with a forwarder and send the packing list before the container is sealed. Freight rates and transit times are quoted per shipment rather than published, because they change with the route: To be confirmed.
What drives the price of an aluminium window from China?
Profile depth and thermal break, glass build-up, hardware family, finish, size and quantity, plus packing and freight. Two windows of the same size can differ by a third on price, so we quote per project against your schedule instead of publishing a price per square metre.
Which countries do you export to?
The European Union plus Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan. The document route is agreed per destination and per product, so a mixed order can ship with one packing plan and two conformity sets.
